10 Steps to Clearer Skin

Over the years, people have become more conscious regarding their respective skins. This has resulted in rise of numerous beauty salons and skin care centers in different parts of the world. However, people still look for natural skin care remedies to avoid side effects of traditional beauty therapies.

These Simple Natural Skin Care Treatments include the Following Methods:

  • Wash your face with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water to remove dirt that causes infection.
  • Dry your skin properly after cleansing and use a fine spray all over your face that helps in contracting the pores.
  • Apply little moisturizer on your face after using the toner. Skin care products that contain extracts of lavender and tea tree oil are useful for treating blemishes and pimples. 
  • Avoid stress and take enough rest to prevent dark circles and under eye wrinkles.
  • Eat healthy and nutritious food that promotes healthy skin. As water acts as natural defense system of the body to combat toxic elements, therefore, drink at least eight glasses of water everyday to avoid skin problems.
  • Scrubbing also helps to get rid of dirt and dead skin cells. Use a mild face scrub for your face and neck as these are very sensitive areas of the body to avoid skin infections and inflammation. 
  • Aspirin face mask is useful for those people who are suffering from open pores, pimples and scars. Apply a paste of about 15 crushed aspirin tablets and little water over cleansed face. Allow this paste to dry and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Finally, apply a light moisturizer all over the face and neck to avoid dryness. 
  • Home steam treatments are also necessary for removing impurities from the face. Add few drops of tea tree oil in a bowl of hot water. With a towel covering your head, place your face over this bowl to allow the steam to open and cleanse the pores. Take proper precaution while taking steam treatment in order to prevent excessive burning of the skin from steam and then wash your face with cold water. 
  • Fresh air, long walks, swimming, cycling, bike riding and other exercises help in boosting function of the body and thus, promote a healthy skin.
  • Fish oil supplements help to eliminate toxins from the body.

All the above mentioned ten tips are the best solutions to get clearer skin without wasting money on useless cosmetics and other skin care products.
