The diet regime that stars follow even common people can not think of following it. The diet routine of Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston is 40:30:30 which are full of beans, vegetable and legumes. This is called 40% low carbohydrate. Then she eats meal which is full of protein such as chicken, fish and other dairy products which are full of low fat. Her last meal consisted of different 30% important eatables full of fat such as fish and seeds.

The Hollywood actress Kate Hudson got her gorgeous figure back within four months after her delivery. She worked hard with the dietician; she started eating the meal which was full of protein. She started working out 6 hours a day with her physical training.

Dose anyone know the age of Oprah Winfrey? She maintains her figure by working out in the gym for an hour, she pasts her time on trade meal for 30 minutes. She has low fat in her breakfast, lunch and dinner. She never has anything after 7PM in the night. She prefers eating nuts, fruits, green vegetables.

The material girl Madonna, who has a beautiful body to flaunt has been following strict diet program for years. She meditates everyday. She exercises for an hour in the gym. Nowadays, she is crazy about organic food because they are rich in proteins.

The stars are not aliens, they also visit or have dietician in order to have a great body. Even you can have the same fitness however you have to follow the same regime that they follow. It is very hard to follow the strict diet program. Whenever you will see your favorite fried dish you would like to go for it. The stars are not like common people because they care about their physical appearance. The actors or actresses both work hard to have a fit body. That is the reason, you can not guess their age. Even in their fifties they look like as if they are only 30 years of age. It is possible because they follow a perfect diet routine and daily exercise.

It is not easy to follow the diet pattern that a star follows for common people, a star follows very strict diet program because if he or she will not be fit and fine then his or her carried will end up instantly. So, it is all about competing with peers and surviving the business for long time. The stars don’t have a diet secret even you can have the same body and personality however is it your career?
