7 Tips to Maintain Acne Free Skin

6. Use a topical over-the-counter ointment containing benzoyl peroxide to alleviate acne scars. Some renowned dermatologists suggest to apply tretinoin based cream over benzoyl peroxide for better results. Choose acne care product according to your skin type.

7. In case of severe acne, people are recommended to visit their dermatologists before using any acne cure product. They instruct their patients to use oral antibiotic or an adapalene gel for a certain period of time to prevent skin infection and allergies.
