Avoid Some Foods that Worsens Arthritis Condition

These days most of the people suffer from this arthritis problem due to their changed lifestyle. Arthritis is mainly caused due to inflammation in the joints which often leads to deformity and pain. Among which the very common ones are rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis.
This inflammation is also a constituent of chronic diseases like strokes and heart diseases. However, we never think that the sole cause of the disease is mainly foods that causes a lot of joint damage and pain because it consist of compounds that have inflammation inducing substance in it.
However, we have heard about omega-6 Fatty Acids, omega-9 and omega-3 which are very essential for health. Among which some even reduce inflammation and some may show some opposite effect making your arthritis worse. It is considered that a substance called as arachidonic acid is found in the omega -6 families which release eicosanoids that increase the negative symptoms like blood pressure, allergic reaction and inflammation in your body. It is obtained from food like soybean, corn oils, cotton seed and many more. Due to which you are asked them to consume less.
It is a known fact that some fats sometimes reduce your inflammation while some bad fats like (Trans and saturated) increases your inflammation. It occurs due to obesity and weight gain which further leads to excessive strain on the joints. It is also suggested to avoid milk products in your diet like cheese, butter which consist of high fats and substance like margarine that has bad fats and accelerate your joint pain.
Sometimes even some vegetables also carry the symptoms of arthritis due to which those should be avoided. Nightshade vegetables are avoided in your daily diet as it stimulates arthritis symptoms disrupting your muscles enzymes. So it is advised to avoid eggplant, tobacco, potato, etc.
These pro –inflammatory foods also increase your risk of chronic diseases. So do avoid junk foods, fast food, and excessive sugar in your diet. And if you observe any kind of food allergy then consult your doctor for best results. Also take balanced diet to remain healthy.
