ALA or Alpha-lipoic acid is also essential fatty acid. Human body can get this essential acid from spinach and broccoli. The amount of Alpha-lipoic acid that is produced by our body is not enough and reduces when we start growing older. Alpha- lipoic acid includes antioxidant properties that help recycle other antioxidants. These are a few essential tips that can surely help to minimize the aging process.
