Causes and Home Remedies for Eczema

Eczema is a skin ailment, which manifests through inflammations on the skin along with rashes, which are very itchy and uncomfortable sensitivity. Sometimes these rashesmay go away only to appear again. Apart from the embarrassment it causes, it can restrict our social movements, and we will be forced to spend a lot of money to find a cure

Symptoms of Eczema :

Symptoms of eczema include itching skin, dry skin, rashes, bleeding rashes, reddish patches on the skin, embarrassing sensation on skin, sometimes pus is also formed on the skin rashes.

Causes for Eczema :

There are a number of reasons for this condition to appear on our skin. It is of great importance to find out the reasons which caused this condition, before treating it because if you do not treat the conditions, it may not subside.

1. Eczema may be due to hereditary factors.

2. It can be triggered by some irritants, and psychologically through some situations.

3. Exposure of skin to some chemicals, detergents and solvents, can also bring in the rashes.

4. Importantly allergies can also be an important reason.

5. Stress can also lead to eczema even as decreased flow of blood and deficiency in nutrients like vitamins can also cause eczema.

Home Remedies for Eczema :

There are a number of home remedies for both soothing the condition, and treating it. Since the main symptom of eczema is itching, home remedies are directed to treat this condition and reduce the itching sensation on the skin. Home remedies for this condition try to moisturize the skin, to ensure that it is hydrated, which can prevent itching. Vitamin E, Pine tar soap, and Emu oil will be of great help. Inflammatory conditions can be treated with zinc and hark cartilage.

1. Add oatmeal to a tub of warm water, and relax in it for about half an hour. Itching can be relieved by this method.

2. Drink Blueberry juice regularly, as it is good for all skin problems.

3. Bananas are good for this condition, and consume at lease one a day.

4. Apply almond oil on reddish parts on the skin, to relieve eczema itch.

5. A cup of tomato juke early in the morning can bring you relief.

6. Apply Vitamin E to the skin which can relieve the dry skin condition, make it smooth and give the skin a glow, even as it treats eczema

7. A tsp of Castor oil added to water may be consumed daily in the morning to get relief from eczema. 8. Have bath only with warm water, and if you add a few drops of whole milk to water for bathing, you can treat dry skin condition

8. Prevent recurring flare-ups by recognizing the factors which trigger this condition and avoiding them.
