Over weight of a person is medically termed as obesity. This is the most common condition at present due to varied lifestyle habits. There is no age limit for obesity. In obese state excess fat is stored in the body and the body weight is said to raise 20% more when calculated in body mass index. 1. As an initial step you should be careful of your regular diet. Eat a nutritious diet in permitted proportions at frequent intervals. Drink plenty of water to clean the body and let if free from toxins. Food you intake plays the vital role in controlling body weight so include fresh fruits and vegetables in your everyday meals.
2. Honey is the excellent stuff to treat obesity problems. Mix two teaspoons of honey in a glass of warm water and add juice of half a lemon. Drink this in empty stomach for best results.
3. Soak a handful of jujube leaves in water overnight and drink this water next morning in bare stomach. Try this for one month to see sufficient weight reduction in your body.
4. Eat fresh tomatoes to reduce body weight.
5. Use black pepper powder in your daily recipes to burn excess fat.
6. Practise some mild exercises on regular basis like walking and yoga to loose additional fat and keep the body fit.
