- Guava is the very effective home remedy for healing palpitation problems. Eat one ripe guava daily on empty stomach. This will enhance proper body metabolism and strengthen nervous system.
- Grapes juice can be taken twice daily for getting relief from palpitation.
- Drink the mixture of one tsp of honey in a glass of water with half cup of lemon juice before going to bed. This will give greater cure from palpitation.
- Snake gourd leaves are also said to have outstanding properties to treat palpitation. Grind snake gourd leaves and soak cheesecloth in this paste and squeeze the juice from it. Take one or two tsp of this juice thrice a day for better heal.
- Take powders of aniseed, coriander and jaggery in equal proportions and take nearly six grams of this powder every day after meals to cure palpitation.
- Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet to enhance proper heart functioning.
- Avoid soft drinks, coffee, tea, junk foods, refined sugars, high fat and oily items, alcohol and smoking.
