Sinusitis is referred as the inflammation condition of the air-filled cavities. Due to this condition a person feels pain in the head and face region. Sinusitis affects people of all age group. Sinusitis can be acute and chronic based on the severity of the disease.

- Continuous sneezing

Remedies:
- Include well balanced nutritious diet. Plenty of fruits and vegetables that is rich in vitamins particularly vitamins A and C helps in fighting against symptoms of sinusitis.
- Vegetable juices like carrot juice, spinach juice or cucumber juice can be taken daily to cure sinusitis.
- Garlic is the best and effective medicine to treat sinusitis. Include garlic in your daily diet or you can eat two pieces of raw garlic every morning in empty stomach.
- Onion also can be a wonderful home remedy for sinusitis. Small onions can be fried in gingerly oil and eaten daily to get rid of sinus problems.
- Tie some cumin seeds in a piece of cloth and inhale it during sinus condition. This will give better relief.
- Tea made of fenugreek seeds can be taken twice a day to cure sinusitis effectively.
- Ginger is another efficient home remedy for sinusitis. Ginger juice can be taken with some honey to treat sinus inflammation.
- Eating mangoes also can pave way for healing sinusitis.
- Take one teaspoon of mustard seeds and pour one glass of water into it and bring it to boil. Then allow it to cool. Use this solution for nasal congestion.
- Make paste of cinnamon powder by mixing water with it. Apply this paste over the forehead and nose for quick relief from sinusitis.
- Drink fruit juices prepared from oranges, grapes, watermelon and sweet lime. This will increase vitamin C in your body and cures sinus problems.
- Avoid eating junk foods, oily stuffs, processed food items and high sugars.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol.
- Gargling using salt water can be done twice a day to clear air cavities.
- Practise some simple breathing exercises regularly to get pure air supply.
- You can inhale herbal steaming to drain out sinuses and make mucous flow easy.
