Water, soda and soft drinks will help in rehydrating the body to a large extent. Two spoons of any kind of non-carbonated syrup will help in providing a lot of relief to your stomach as well as the digestive system.
Some powdered ginger should be mixed with some apple juice and water and then blended well inside a blender and then some ice should also be added to it. This helps in providing a lot of relief from the vomiting sensation and this will also help in replenishing the liquid contents of the body. Rice water also helps in providing a lot of relief from the symptoms of vomiting. Cloves should be allowed to soak in water for some time and the then the water should be strained and consumed when the vomiting sensation starts recurring. Apple cider vinegar has proved to be very useful for pregnant women who are suffering from nausea.
