Different Food Choices of Vegetarians, Vegans and Raw Foodists

As there are lots of varieties in the dietary chart due regardless of seasonal changes, people get confused and find difficulties in selecting proper diet for good health.  They try to make a difference on the basis of its importance as vegan, vegetarian and raw food.

What is a vegetarian?

Vegetarian are those who generally avoid eating animal food; instead they focus on green leafy vegetables and fruits which are full of vitamins and minerals and nourish the body internally. Since they consist of antioxidants, they flush out harmful toxins from the body. Vegetarians include animal products in their diet to make their dietary plan successful.  It is necessary to know here that Vegetarianism is a very wide branch which boasts of lots of vegetarian diets.

What is a vegan?

Vegetarians and vegans are almost interchangeable but they are not the same since vegans use similar diets like vegetarian except animal product in their diet but at the same time, they do not eat eggs, dairy products. Some vegans do not use even leather, furs or foods derived from   marshmallows or other such sources but sometimes they eat pills which consist of gelatin for healthy functioning of the body.

What is a raw foodist?

A person who avoids taking cooked food in his diet is called raw foodist. They eat food which is kept below 106 Fahrenheit as it is healthy. When the food gets cooked it loses its nutritional value so they prefer taking raw foods which is dehydrated and makes it healthy for eating. Raw foodists are mainly vegans who can also eat raw food as it does not consist of animal compound which is very necessary to cook as there are many harmful microorganisms which get destroyed after cooking but you can use raw dairy products  as they are very beneficial for health.
