Include plenty of spinach, kales, carrot and fresh fruits in your diet. Whole grains are equally important. Drink a lot of water too. Use neem and tumeric is also a good home remedy for eczema. These herbs help in many ailments that affect the skin. Make a paste of neem powder and apply on affected skin. You can use tumeric powder to make a smooth paste. Apply on affected skin to bring relief to the symptoms. Also mix equal portions of neem and tumeric to make a similar paste.
