Easy Ways To Quick Detoxification : Quick Detoxification Processes

When you are planning to go through the Detoxification procedure, you should be aware of its intricacies. There are various cleansing and fasting methods. Exercise care in choosing one among them.

It is important in the Detoxification procedure that you don’t alternate a regular meal one day, and go on a fast next day, which will make you feel hungry and bring disagreeable side effects.
Since what you have eaten over the last few days will impact the Detoxification procedure, it is necessary for you to plan weaning regular food program for three days prior to cleansing program. This weaning is necessary at the beginning and end of the fasting/cleansing program. To get back to your normal diet; you should resume in a slow manner.

On day 3 before fasting or cleansing your system, avoid animal products, if you are habituated to these; on day 2 avoid cooked food, and day on 1 take only raw foods like vegetables, soaked raw nuts, fresh coconuts, juices, sprouts, salads etc. On the following day you can fast and have liquids only. If however you are going on a Detoxification procedure, that doesn’t require fasting, you can have a two day countdown. A proper planning for the entire period is necessary, when you completely regulate your food habits, which in fact can become a permanent guide for your resumption of normal food.

Commence eating healthier foods from now on. You will feel better, during and after going through this Detoxification procedure. Similarly for coming out of the program, you have to reverse the above procedure, i.e. beginning with raw fruits and vegetables, on the first day after fasting and cleansing program, on second day take healthy cooked food and on the third day you can eat animal products.

If you are on longer periods of fasting, you should also take longer time to come back to your regular foods. Do not try to glutton, as a compensation for the hard labor you have put in during the Detoxification procedure. Don’t eat bad food, which will bring back toxins into the system. By bad food we mean, the fried foods, fast food, snacks, etc. Remember the adage, when you cheat you cheat yourself.

Fasting or cleansing is a Detoxification procedure. It isn’t a weight losing program. If you lose some weight during the procedure, it is just a bonus. To experience results give some time. You will notice aging, only after you achieve a certain age. Aging requires time. Similarly the detoxification procedure also requires time, and consistency.

When you are consistent with your Detoxification procedure, you can expect results, and your body will now ask for only healthy food rejecting the bad food with which you used cram your body.
