This is because synthetic dietary pills using harsh chemicals can cause several side effects.

Different dietary supplements work in different ways. Some perform by suppressing appetite. Some others work by breaking up excess fats built up over years and some by regulating the functioning of the digestive system.

Studies show that dietary pills are not absolutely free from any side effects. They can result in other health problems such as acidity, cramping in the stomach, increase in heart rate and blood pressure and many other. So it is always suggested to go for herbal supplements or natural remedies, which can never harm you in any way. Proper diet and regularity are very much essential, in order to get full benefit from these dietaries.
