Many people believe that a grated apple used for treatment of acidity must be peeled while others think that it should remain, but a common consent is that a peeled apple tastes better and is easier to digest than others. Hence, have an apple every day and remain free from the severe acidity problem. If you are suffering same problem with your stomach, then grated apple is the best option to stay fit and healthier for longer time.
