Cancer is a dreaded disease, which continues to send shivers down our body. When you know the reasons for Cancer, and have information about home made remedies to avoid Cancer, it becomes easy to deal with the disease.

Cancer is caused due to a variety of reasons. These include

  1. Unusual intake of fat, no regular exercise, uncontrolled weight gaining can cause Cancer
  2. Some food contents can also be reasons for Cancer. Foods which we include in our diet can have both Cancer preventing and Cancer causing ingredients.

Natural remedies for Avoiding Cancer

  1. Antioxidants are known to prevent Cancerous carcinogens. These antioxidants resist Cancer.
  2. Diet changes can help prevent Cancer. Introduce soybean products in your and your children’s menu.If you consume soybean from your early years, chances of caner can be reduced. Soybean has lots of omega-3 fatty acid, which actually prevents Cancer.
  3. Cancer in various parts of your body, like mouth, kidney, urinary bladder, ovaries, can be prevented to an extent through dietary changes, including lots of fruits and vegetables. Vegetables and fruits have lots of antioxidants which will impair the growth of Cancerous cells, and protect your from Cancer.
  4. Prostrate Cancer can be prevented by using tomatoes, which has saisopin.
  5. Fruits, leafy vegetables, can protect you through their fiber content, from colon Cancer.
  6. Wash vegetables before cooking, in pure water, because these days vegetables are grown in fields where insecticides and pesticides are sprayed. The chemicals in these products are known to be carcinogenic, which can cause Cancer.
  7. Normal body weight helps prevent many health conditions. Obesity is one of the causes for Cancerous growth. Regular exercise can prevent you from becoming obese. .Obesity boosts the production of hormones like estrogens and androgens, which can contribute to growth of tumor cells. Obesity is directly linked with the chances of Cancers of breast, colon, kidney and prostate Cancer.
  8. Milk and milk products, red meat have lots of fat, which increase body weight, with increasing chances of getting Cancers in colon, lung, breast, intestine, prostate glands and rectum. Substitute fish and soymilk in place of meat and milk. These are known to be rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Since meat is cooked in very high temperatures, which results in production of carcinogenic hydrocarbons while proteins produces amino acids.
  9. Excessive use of Alcohol can cause Cancer. Avoid Alcohol.
  10. Preservatives sometimes contain carcinogenic elements, and it is best to avoid foods which contain preservatives.

If you change your lifestyle, dietary habits and regularize intake non-fatty food, there is every chance that you will never be afflicted by Cancer.
