    I AM 58 YEAR OLD WOMAN. LAST 20 DAYS I HAVE DIZZINESS WHILE LYING DOWN, WHILE TURNING MY HEADS AND WHILE GETTING UP FROM BED. I FEEL VERY HEAT ON MY HEAD AND ALWAYS MY FEET IS VERY COLD. GETTING MILD EAR PAIN AND NECK PAIN. PLEASE ADVISE A HOME REMEDY TO ME TO GET RID OF MY DIZZINESS AND HEAD HEAT.
