Congestion and enlargement of the tine blood vessels over the surface of the eye causing redness of eye is termed as Red Eyes. It happens because of lack of normal rate of oxygen to the tissues which cover the eye. It is generally seen during morning time and it leads to pain, itchiness, swelling, neck pain, headache, dryness, of eye, bloating, abdominal pain, swollen limbs etc.
