Dieting as part of the detoxification program is of great help to our body. Water fasting cleanses our body like no other diet, in which you take only water through the day. There is yet another diet, called the lemonade diet which is nothing but water mixed with citrus fruit juice, people have been adopting various diets. As a detoxifier, you should, however, use Salt Water Flush.

Apart from going on a lemonade diet, people have also been trying various other kinds as part of what is known as the Master cleanse program. In this series is the Salt Water Flush program.
This diet involves consuming only unrefined mineral salt, mixed in lukewarm water. For this program you should use only unrefined mineral salt because, refined salt does not have potency to give same result as the unrefined mineral salt. A glass of Salt Water Flush early in the morning on empty stomach does the trick. It detoxifies the entire body, and cleans the digestive system, as well as the intestines in your body. It throws out the body wastes, by eliminating them from the intestinal tract, and all toxins are removed safely.

Using Salt Water Flush does not agree with many people. This is because the reservations we host in our mind about such diets. As soon as this is taken, many people complain of feeling like vomiting. This happens when the Salt Water Flush gets into the system. If they vomit, the entire salt water may come out of the system, prompting you to take it once again, despite the vomiting sensation.

Salt water has similar specific gravity as blood, and therefore kidneys cannot absorb water, while blood cannot absorb salt. This in fact, washes the complete intestinal and digestive system, removing toxic wastes. Use the Salt Water Flush only when you are able to access a toilet, because you may need to frequently go through the purging process. This may be a disadvantage which you have to bear with, considering its advantages.

Salt is used because of its preservative nature and safety it possesses. It helps extracting toxic material which has accumulated in the body. Since salt has no calorific content, when it is taken with lukewarm water, it acts like a sterilizer, and helps body to function better. Salt Water Flush is a wonderful detoxifier.

Combine a laxative made of herbs, for instance an herbal laxative tea with Salt Water Flush, for an early morning thorough cleaning of the system, even as the laxative loosens the stool. Salt Water Flush should however be taken only after taking the laxative tea.

Salt Water Flush is a natural cleanser of the digestive and intestinal tract, with no side effects.
