These can be found in many food materials like kefir, yogurt etc. It is however essential to reduce the intake of refined carbohydrates like vinegar, sugar and dairy products. Intake of olive food extract is also advisable since it contains antifungal elements.
Daily practices like wearing cotton socks, drying the feet, avoiding the use and share of towels, washcloths , or any other personal items of the infected person helps in keeping the infection far from your finger or toe nails.
