Immediate Remedies for Flatulence

Flatus, a mixture of gas (fart) is expulsed from the rectum which in layman terms referred to as Passing gas or farting. It is brought to the rectum by the peristaltic process (process that causes feces to descend from the large intestine). Noises come naturally with flatulence which is caused by the vibration of the anal sphincter and by the closed buttocks.
Expulsion of gas in the wrong place and at the wrong time can deal with great embarrassment. Flatulence itself is not life threatening although it can definitely cause social embarrassment.
This is the often reason why you might seek medical help.
- Constipation causes the passage of food through the gastrointestinal tract to slow down, this can lead to fermentation. So it is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and eat food which is rich in fiber. (If these fiber rich foods disturb your system, reduce or eliminate them from your diet.)
- Chew your food thoroughly so lumps that have fermented would not remain longer inside the intestine.
- Anti gas preparations and antacids are effective so you should avoid them.
- Sweeteners that are artificially can also cause flatulence and diarrhea, so better avoid them.
- Add some camomile flowers in your soup. (the camomile taste is almost neutral)
- Grate some fresh ginger root and mix them with some lemon juice. (In tablet form, ginger is a great all-purpose digestive aid). It is very useful for soothing the digestive tract thus relieving flatulence.
- Drink Carmina Tea, made with caraway, fennel, Melissa, dill and peppermint and sweetened licorice.
- Drink a mixture of a pinch of asafetida, a pinch of rock salt and ½ tsp of dry ginger in a cup of warm water. Doing so would help you feel relieved of gas.
- Mix 2 tsp of brandy and a cup of warm water and drink this before going to sleep.
- Take a drop of dill oil in a tsp of honey taken immediately after a meal.
- Grind 1 tsp of pepper till it is dry; add 1 tsp of dry ginger and 1 tsp of green cardamom seeds. Add 1/2 tsp of this mixture to lukewarm water then drink it after 1 hour of your meal.
- Eat smaller meals (this is better rather than consuming a large meal at a time)
- Avoid meals containing a large amount of monounsaturated and essential fats.

For adults: bowel cleanse and parasite cleanse, dental cleanup (amalgam, root canal, cavitations or nickel crowns may be a cofactor of your disease), kidney cleanse, liver cleanse and gallbladder cleanse (liver flush).
