Add your tea bag and let it seep for five minutes.

Eating a healthy diet is the best morning sickness remedy. Increase your intake of vegetables such as spinach, kale, watercress and carrots. They contain good sources of folic acid which is important during pregnancy. Their nutritious compounds are equally effective in stabilizing your hormones. Take whole meal carbohydrates as they supply you with a steady source of energy.
It is advisable to take small portions of foods. You can practice eating five sizeable servings during the day. Or do it as you want. Just make sure you don’t over stuff your stomach. This minimizes cases of a bloated tummy, constipation or a case of gas. Avoid fried foods too.
