Another remedy you can use is taking clean fresh water. All you need is to take about three glasses of warm water as the first thing in the morning. This activates movement in your bowels. It eases any cases of constipation too. Take lots of water during the day. A good idea is to avoid fluids that might tire your digestive system. These include sodas, alcohol, sweetened beverages and coffees.
You can increase your intake of kales or spinach. These are easily available and are good in easing constipation. You can also use ginger for treating piles naturally. All you need is fresh ginger and lemons. Peel the ginger and slice it into sizeable potions. Pour in about two glasses of water and let it boil. Remove the solution after the water has reduced by half. Strain the solution and let it cool. Squeeze in a fresh lemon when it’s warm. Add a teaspoon of honey too. This helps in easing movement in your bowels. You can take the solution three times a day. Only make a fresh cup every time you need one.
Also use fresh radish and turnip for good results. You can lightly stem them and eat as a salad. They have a good effect on bowel movement. You also increase your fiber intake too. It is a good way to ease constipation which also contributes to piles. Dry figs soaked in water are a good remedy too.
