Some of the other reasons for this lasting for nights insomnia are that one is unable to sleep properly because of extreme temperature changes. Jet leg ridden anxiety too causes insomnia. Being anxious for daily cares triggers depression; in turn insomnia happens. The situation worsens if one is too much into caffeine or alcohol before bedtime.
Anxiety insomnia has several consequences especially daytime. One feel sleepy during the day. It makes doing such things like driving quite dangerous for lack of concentration. Anxiety insomnia can also result in impaired memory which can affect judgment and decisions making. Take help of a physician in such a situation to get treatment of this problem in time.
