Top Solutions to prevent Anxiety Ridden Insomnia

There’re four levels of the classes of insomnia. One is when a person has difficulty falling asleep; second, with staying asleep; third, (s)he wakes up before time and last the sleep state perception. The one question that comes into our mind at this stage is how much sleep a person needs on an average.

According to scientists a good night’s sleep should be of 8 hours which helps us staying alert during day and individual studies have shown that this depends on an individual requirement. A healthy sleep pattern consists of these signs.

A good night sleep means that one sleeps soundly without popping pills. One goes back to sleep immediately if one wakes up in the middle of the night.(s)he wakes up naturally and at the same time even with no alarm clock. Lastly, one wakes up fresh and remains fresh and alert throughout the day.

In the absence of any of these requirements not being met, one is prone to anxiety insomnia. Lack of sleep occurs due to stress so it’s advisable to make the time before retiring to bed relaxed and enjoyable.

Some of the other reasons for this lasting for nights insomnia are that one is unable to sleep properly because of extreme temperature changes. Jet leg ridden anxiety too causes insomnia. Being anxious for daily cares triggers depression; in turn insomnia happens. The situation worsens if one is too much into caffeine or alcohol before bedtime.

Anxiety insomnia has several consequences especially daytime. One feel sleepy during the day. It makes doing such things like driving quite dangerous for lack of concentration. Anxiety insomnia can also result in impaired memory which can affect judgment and decisions making. Take help of a physician in such a situation to get treatment of this problem in time.
