Exercise - Lack of the right kind as well as the right amount of exercise can also lead to digestive disorders. Fat, which is present in the food, does not get processed and broken down in the right manner and this can lead to a lot of digestive problems.

Stress - The human body also reacts to the presence of a large amount of stress and the digestive tract is no exception to this rule. Stress is one of the main reasons for the occurrence of ulcers.
