But do not discount the benefits of this even if one has a different blood type, as everyone can benefit from this.
A tablespoon of lecithin two or three times a day will also help the body get rid of heavy metals and toxins. Lecithin should be taken with meals, as it helps the body get rid of the fats in food. DHEA and alpha lipoic acid will also help a person lose weight. Do not eat anything for good two or three hours before bedtime, as this will make the liver store fats.
