  • Try to avoid high calorie foods: Avoid sugar, red meats, pastries, and sugar contains food, dairy products, heavy sauces, fast food, and fried food as well.
  • Add low calorie balanced and healthy diet: Seeds, nuts, green vegetables, fruits, and low fat dairy items.
  • If you want quick weight loss, do not stay with an empty stomach: Many people think that they can lose weight if they stay with an empty stomach but it is just a misconception. You will never lose the weight if you stick with this misconception. Avoid big meals; consume five to six tinier meal in a day.
  • Take 7 to 8 hours peaceful sleep: Some people think that your afternoon nap is good for their health, but it is not correct. Stop taking siesta; take a peaceful eight hour sleep at night instead. Sleep protects you from mental stress and depression.
