Breakfast is very essential because it gives the required energy to a body in order to remain more energetic the whole day. A good breakfast makes a woman more active throughout the day. Fresh fruits and green vegetables can save the body from the effects of harmful calorific food substances. Spinach that contains a lot of iron should be included in the diet of a woman. Iron is helpful in the production of body’s blood.
