The taste of spices and sweeteners are the ultimate food cravings that we possess. Yes, you cannot stop eating delicious food over the night as it is not good for your tongue but remember that you have to restrict and refrain from it.

However, there are many ways in which you can continue a great foodie regime without starving and holding your taste buds. This is called alternate cooking with spices and certain innovations to cut off the calories it may add.

There are many ways in which you can add it to your cuisine. There are certain ways in which you can add a lot of value to your diet. This may differ in different cuisines.

People who love spicy Mexican food can add a little bit of apricot sauce and a bit of vinegar to the dishes to make them a bit tangy and this will reduce the fat molecules in the food. After adding these sauces it always increases the amount of taste as well.

There are numerous factors which may increase the taste as well as the health value of the food. using the olive oil or mustard oil is the best way to cook food in a medium that is  healthy and heart ailing.

The food especially the burgers and other fried stuff should be avoided for good health but if you can’t avoid them then cook them in olive oil.  Again add sprouts to your daily routine cooking to avoid the accumulation of fat.  It also adds a lot of fiber to the diet. Use certain home grown spices this will decrease the possible adulteration.
